Who We Are:
We are a gourmet home-based bakery specializing in unique, made-to-order treats that are 100% naturally made, organic and & or preservative free. We are a fully licensed & inspected home-based bakery operating in the state of Virginia.
Our Start:
Several years ago, I started researching and working very hard to create my own wholesome recipes, free of unnecessary dyes*, high fructose corn syrup, and trans fats, so my children would have a healthier alternative to their favorite treats. Once I had that goal accomplished, a new curve ball was thrown my way. My daughter was diagnosed with gluten and peanut allergies. It then became my mission to create cupcake options that were both healthy and flavorful enough to be enjoyed by young taste buds and adult palates, alike. With those goals in mind and with overwhelming support from family, friends and neighbors, Holy Ganache was born! Today, we humbly bring our cupcake confections to you and your family and friends so that you may enjoy these distinctive treats knowing that the ingredients are fresh, natural, and delicious!
*We do use icing colors to achieve desired colors in some of our frostings.
Our Promise:
Our treats are baked using only premium ingredients. We only use natural and preservative-free ingredients. We promise to always use organic milk and eggs in ALL our products.
Variety:
With over 20 cupcake flavors available, we are more than confident that we have a flavor to satisfy everyone’s craving! We also offer Gluten Free and Dairy Free cupcakes, Truffle Pops, Cake Pops, and Cupcake Push Pops, as well as Cupcakes In a Jar (in two sizes!).
Creativity:
I am very proud to say that my oldest son and I have developed some very artful cupcake combinations! Examples include: Moose Tracks, Our Rainbow Cupcake, Rocky Road, Banana Rum Spice, Peanut Butter Ball, Chai Cupcakes, Root Beer Float, and Mojito - just to name a few! In addition to our unique flavors, we also work diligently to creatively match your party themes, ideas and needs to the right cupcake. We offer chocolate designs and hand-crafted cupcake picks to complete your unique party experience.
About me:
I am a mom to four wonderful and very active children ranging in age from 6 to 15. I have been married to my amazing hubby for 19 years and could not do what I do without his help & support. In my past life, my life before children that is, I was a teacher. I received my degree from University of California at Davis. I love attending all my kids activities and enjoy volunteering in their schools. I am currently serving on my third PTO board.
